I need a manual for Bluefish web editor.

Have you tried going to the Bluefish web site and clicking the link for the manual?

What question to you want answered? I've never needed the manual - everything I've done has been pretty straightforward.

I installed it the other day and know nothing about it So thought that the manual would be ok!

It's a text editor with lots of extras such as syntax highlighting, popup suggestions and drop down menus. But the most important thing is knowing HTML. If you don't know that, Bluefish won't help you very much.
