Put that stick down now!

Postby LoL » Thu Nov 18, 2010 3:11 pm

I thought this was a book about birth control and Jesus, but it appears to be written in FORTRAN.

Never mind the book, read the reviews

And what customers also viewed ... even as a joke ... defies belief [1]

WARNING: I actually strained my back, I laughed so hard - This bit is NOT a joke!

---

[1] You mean those books have actually been written!?

Likewise :D

Might I also suggest the reviews of this too?

I think you'll find them informative :D

Oh you add petulance to your misdemeanors; I am just one of the people that stick around for a bit of fun and frolics and they asked me to be a mod, go figure ;)

It's uncanny, you know, how this made me think of you the instant I saw it [1]

[1] Well, okay, I admit that I only found it by googling why nerds have no friends [2], but you get the point

[2] It's uncanny, you know, how this made me think of doing so

Oh, NO! - You said Trekker

No-one will take you seriously if you use the correct term - You've got to say Trekkie, like everyone else, if you don't want them to realise you're one

Seriously, you should edit your review and get it wrong - Quickly, before anyone notices!

At least you're not saying "T'Pow!" like some b****rd offspring of ST and Batman

EDIT

Oh, come, now! - This is Political Correctness gone mad!

I originally used the real word, only for it to be automatically converted to ****

There are occasions on which the use of b****rd is NOT offensive, but actually correct English

What next? - People from S****horpe not being allowed to register?

AND, they could at least replace like for like - Changing b****rd into **** makes it look like I used a far worse term in the first place ... and that's hardly fair, is it?

Amazon product reviews are a great source of entertainment, but you do wonder if some of the products really exist, or they've just been added for a laugh: http://tinyurl.com/392bpzp
