What's in a name?

Postby Nerdy-ish » Sat May 14, 2011 2:19 pm

I am writing from the 17 point article about names in LFX145.

I am testing the distro Mageia, and have to agree, the name is pretty un-pronounceable. But, doesn't a lot of Linux stuff suffer from this phenomenon?

Just something we inherited from Unix  the cmd line jockeys of the period where adverse to excess key strokes.
I think most where hunt and peck typists.

Enjoy the Choice :)

Not so much a name problem as a number problem. A nice chap called Joe Steiger has created some Ubuntu Natty themed Android skins. But why did he have to create four? Go on, just try telling someone that they have a choice of four skins.
