Is there any way of forcing an ISP to produce a Transfer Authority Code? My domain is registered with mailbox.net, who are owned by 186k. I used the Portal to request a TAC and was immediately billed for it. I paid that within minutes of receiving it. Eventually I decided that it should have been produced by now, so rang the support line, where I was told that nothing had been done about it. I was recommended to send an email to hostmaster@186k.co.uk. This hasn't had any effect either. What can I do?

If it's a UK company, you should contact Nominet. _________________ "Do not handicap your children by making their lives easy."

| Thanks. If I have no joy in a couple more days I'll do that. |
